Hi, I’m Chef Nic.
I’m a culinary degree graduate who believes the best part of food is what happens around it: people gathering, sharing a bite, and making a memory together.
Winning a culinary award took me to Southern Italy, where I studied at the Italian Culinary Institute. That experience deepened my love for thoughtful ingredients, beautiful presentation, and the simple pleasure of eating well with others.
I created Piccoli Morsi to bring that spirit to your celebration. From a staffed cart that gives guests a place to gather to charcuterie cups and boxes made for easy mingling, I bring chef-led care to every detail.
